Shipping Policy

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. This allows us to reduce waste by only producing what is ordered.

Processing Time:

  • Apparel, mugs, and accessories: 2-5 business days to produce
  • After production, your order will be shipped

Shipping Time:

  • Canada: 5-14 business days after production
  • USA: 5-10 business days after production
  • International: 7-14 business days after production

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped at hello@alterstandard.com.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal service, or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
